Day 4-Rome Temple

Today we took an Uber to the temple. It was beautiful inside and out! They weren't really expecting us, because the appointment we made was for the day before, so they didn't have anything for us to do. One of the temple worker let me do one of her initiatorys so were were able to do something. After the temple we spent some time at the visitors center. We talked to the cute missionaries there. We told them about Jaycee just getting her mission call. In all honesty she was hopping to get called to somewhere like Rome Italy. Who doesn't want to go somewhere exotic and foreign? In talking to one of the missionaries she got to go to North Dakota to wait for her Visa, she said she loved it so much, and that going to Rome was hard, she love and missed being in North Dakota!
Definitely worth the trip! After the temple we took another Uber back to the train station and road a couple of trains and a bus to the cruise port. Boarding the ship was a breeze. We are so excited to start the cruise. We ran into a couple that we went on the Rome in a Day tour with, that was fun. At dinner we are assigned to sit with some Russians. They were not very talkative. Also the waves are so big! I think like 20 feet, Mike doesn't think they are that big, but what does he know? Because of the "weather", I think big waves, we are going to be a couple of hours late to our first stop in Valencia.
