Birthday Ben

Happy Birthday Bensen!
To know Bensen is to love him! He has a tender heart, he is so kind and sweet, and he always has been. We love watching him learn new instruments! This year he added harmonica and cello to his repertoire! This last year he played volleyball, lacrosse and basketball. He likes volleyball best 🏐 Actually, what he really loves best is playing Zelda! He likes riding his bike and he has never met a dog he doesn’t just love! 🐶 He really is great! We love you Bensen, happy birthday!

Happy Birthday Mike

Happy Birthday Mike! 🥳 He just gets better with age and we sure love him! 💕
Bensen came to Spork with us for the first time. There were a few instances where he drove right off the trail! Luckily they weren't off a cliff. He said it was exhausting, but fun. He did great!
Jaycee took Bensen and Viv up to Green Pond to take some pictures. She is the best big sister.
Viv got to hold Neal, at Grandmas house on Sunday. She has been asking for weeks. He is so cute. I also got to watch him a couple of times when Jaime couldn't, which I loved!

Happy Birthday Wesley!

Happy Birthday Wes! This was a big one. His birthday landed on a Wednesday, which is late start at school. First thing in the morning we were off to get his drivers license. He is a pretty good driver, but this is still scary. Then we came home and opened presents before every left for school. I am not going to lie, watching him drive off to school about killed me. My heart literally hurt...but he came back and I am going to be fine.
We are so blessed to have Wesley in our family. He is an amazing kid. He works hard, plays hard, and really never complains.
We sure love him and we are excited to see what this year brings!

Celebrate

What a great Day! We were able to celebrate Fathers Day, Jaycee's birthday, Mina's blessing and I was put in the Relief Society as the first councilor! I'm not sure the last one is to be celebrated, but something to me noted anyway.  We are blessed with some of the best! I couldn’t have asked for a better father for my kids than Mike! And both of our dads are pretty great!

I can hardly believe Jaycee is 18! I blinked! Honestly I don’t know how it happened, but our baby is an adult! Happy Birthday Jaycee! We have loved watching you grow up and we are grateful you are ours! We are so proud of you and we are excited to see what you do next!

Viv's Birthday Party

Viv finally got her party. This was her first friend party, she was pretty bummed when we made her postpone it. I figured Mike would want some help with this. I am finally hobbling around. Funny story. When Aria Gertge showed up at the party she walked in and I was standing up doing Viv's hair in the living room without my boot on. She said "Where's Miss Chelsea?" I said I am right here! Then she said "Oh, I didn't recognize you without your boot." She is so funny. The last couple of weeks at church she had told me how sorry she is that I am hurt. It was pretty cute.
Viv wanted a Wicked party. I think it turned out pretty good. All the girls got to pick out if they wanted a witch hat or  a tiara. Then we had a little photo booth fun. They ate, played games, and jumped on the tramp. That was a little scary. She loved it and had a great time!

Some of March

I had a birthday! I got some of my favorite things!

March’s Friday hikes with Mike. We only got in one hike this month. The kids were down with their tonsils at the beginning of the month, then Mike was in St. George with Jaycee for lacrosse. We hiked, then the next week I had a headache. I picked Antelope Island, because the hikes Mike wanted to do were so far away…I didn’t realize it would take us an hour to get out there! It wasn’t like the hikes we usually do it was more like a long stroll. By the time we got back to the car we had done about 7 miles. The whole time I was thinking we should have brought our bikes! Maybe next time.

We had an awesome stake activity for adults. It was a night in New York. It was amazing. There were food stands, pizza, pretzels, ice cream and more. Then some shared their talents, it was really amazing!

The kids walked home from church. They are so cute!

Wesley and Brody had a few laser treatments. Timeless was doing some training. Lucky boys.

It was a pretty good month.
