Lake Powell Day 4

Our last day. We got up and got ready for the day. Viv had perfect lake hair today. We got in some fun time on the water. I made Bensen ride the water wienie, he pretty much hated it, just because I made him do it. Vivian on the other hand loved it!
Wesley caught another frog.
He also cut his eye open knee boarding. We talked to everyone and decided we were ready to pack up and go home. We packed up and were ready to leave around 6.
We stopped at Stan's for dinner. It was delicious as always.
The kids slept, which was nice.
Wes woke up in Price bleeding all over the place, I guess Bensen had accidentally hit him in his eye while they were sleeping, so we went into the gas station to clean him up.
It was nice leaving later in the vs waking up cleaning up and driving all day.
We got home pretty late.
We had a great trip. We love Lake Powell!

Lake Powell Day 3

Day 3 didn't disappoint. Jaycee got in some wakeboarding and my personal favorite, knee boarding. We stayed close to home and had lunch at camp today.
Tyson brought a slide which they set up today across the little bay. They had a blast on the slide.

Lake Powell Day 2

Day 2! We started the day off with sunscreen!
The kids found a huge bull frog this morning hiding under a tube!
Once everyone had eaten breakfast we were off to the water again!
We made it to Annie's Canyon to the cathedral to have lunch in the shade and cool off.
A little storm blew in later in the evening, nothing major and we were close to home so we were good.

Lake Powell Day 1

We love Lake Powell! Getting there is always such a hassle. But once things are set up the rest is mostly a dream! Our first day is always a little stressful, packing everyone's stuff into the boats, and finding a spot everyone is happy with can be hard. But we found a great spot just a little past where we stayed a couple of years ago. This year we stayed in tents. So once we found a spot we all got busy setting up tents. Once that is done the fun begins...after lunch of course.
The kids could live in the water. Lucky for us, this year there were three boats, that means everyone had a chance to be pulled if they wanted to be. We even got in some cliff jumping on our first day.

My First Fair

I had my first fair this week! But first, Mikes family was going up to Bear Lake, so he decided to go up for the day. They got up super early and headed up.

I think they had a great time, and it was nice to see how far they have come on the cabin.
While they were gone we were stressing out about our first fair. It was Peterson's It's not Fair Fair.
It was nice, pretty low key. It was great for our first show.

We made close to $900. Jaime made the most she sold several of her hats, then Amber with all the cute rings, then me with my 3d printed toys.
Now we need to get an Etsy shop going!
