The kids caught a little frog to start the morning off.
Today is our last day in Bend, we are working our way to Coos Bay.
We headed to Lava River Cave in Newbury Volcanic Monument.
We hiked in the cave for about a mile, until it was closed to protect the bats.
Vivian sings everywhere we go, even in caves and especially when hiking!😀
We stopped for another hike. On this hike we saw two waterfalls. Salt Creek Falls was right at the beginning of the hike. It was a fun little loop. The kids stopped to play in No Bears Lake. Then we took a little detour to Diamond Creek Falls. Where Bensen yelled into the waterfall! He was pretty proud that he stayed in the waterfall the longest. This hike was fun, with log bridges and log stairs. Once we got back some of the kids wanted to go back and swim in the lake again.
We made it to Coos Bay. The Vrbo is right by the ocean, and has an amazing back yard!
