Basketball One Day, Soccer the Next

Jaycees last year of Jr. High Basket ball started! We are so excited to watch her play, and she has 3 cousins on the team, how great is that!
Right after this game we headed down to St. George for a comp soccer tournament.

We just added a hitch to the Sorento so that we could travel more comfortably, keeping all our bags in a big bag on the back. Well the exhaust shoots out instead of down and it burned a hole in the big bag and melted a pillow bed and a couple other things, and all our clothes smelled like exhaust! Not awesome!

We stayed with Amber and Tyson in Beaver Dam and Tysons family's place.
Kayla had an early morning game at 8, it was so cold!
Then we spent some time at the park before Jaycee's game started.
Luckily it warmed up the smallest amount.

Her night game was so cold! Most of us stayed int he car. She had a lot of fun and she is playing so well!
One of the kids favorite thing out traveling is getting to have sleepovers with their cousins. We don't do sleepovers so these are a treat!
Jaycee was back at it in the morning.

After the last game we went and watched Mykenna Lake and Rylee Davis play their last game. Then we headed over to a park to play...and meditate.

We went to Morty's for dinner. I had my braces adjusted before we left so I was having a hard time eating anything. So I had funnel fries and a chocolate fudge shake. Both were so good! I will definitely be back!
We got to see the temple under construction on our way to watch the championship game.

We loved the hike we did in January so much that we decided to do it again on our way home. We loved it just as much this time as we did last time!

Last time we came me and the younger kids didn't do the moki steps. This time the kids were brave and we got across. Good job Bensen and Viv!

We made it back home safe and sound, we purchased an extender for the basket on the car, so nothing got burned. Thank goodness!
