We had fun at Wesley’s lacrosse tournament in Vegas this weekend! He got to try face-offs for the first time and even spent some time on defense. He says attack is still his favorite position!😀We also got to see Andrew, Cheryl and Quentin for a little bit, which was nice.

This house is officially braces-free…for now anyway 😬Wesley got his off on September 22, Viv got hers off November 3!

We got to see the Northern Lights from our house. Mike says they are a scam since you can only see them really well through a camera lens. The sky definitely looked a little red even with out the camera.

Wesley got asked to the Harvest dance by Aaliyah. They had fun.

Penny  got sick. One morning Wesley found that she had puked in her bed. I cleaned it up, after the kids went to school me and Mike went to a movie. When we got home we found that she had puked all over the house. It was everywhere. Then she was fine for a day...then the diarrhea started. It was definitely worse then the throw up. It was bad. It's times like these I am glad I don't let her on the couch, because I would have gotten rid of it. Mike shampooed the carpet I steam moped the floor and she was banished to a little section in the kitchen. I did end up taking her to the Dr. he gave me an antibiotic to give her. She is much better now.

Me and Mike went to Mueller for a ride and got rained on big time! It was so cold! It was bad enough that we didn't finish, we turned around before Elephant Rock. I don't know if I will go our again until it warms up a bit.

We went and saw the second part of Wicked on the 25th. Jaycee had to work, she went with Sarah and her family the day before. It was ok. I am at an age where if I sit down and I'm not doing anything then I am going to fall asleep...I tried really hard to stay awake, but I didn't. 😴

I only have one picture of Thanksgiving. We were with my family this year. Good food, good company.

On the 28th we went to the Christmas Tree Jubilee with the Ulrichs.

Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween from the Bank Robbers! (I told Jaycee she should where her costume to work, she refused) We had fun at both family parties. Bensen and Viv had fun trick or treating with Branson. Jaycee stayed home to pass out candy wand watch Gilmore Girls. Me and Mike drove Wesley to Vegas for a Lacrosse tournament the day after Halloween. Wes was sad to miss out on the Halloween fun.

Happy Birthday Mike! 🥳 He just gets better with age and we sure love him! 💕

Bensen came to Spork with us for the first time. There were a few instances where he drove right off the trail! Luckily they weren't off a cliff. He said it was exhausting, but fun. He did great!

Jaycee took Bensen and Viv up to Green Pond to take some pictures. She is the best big sister.

Viv got to hold Neal, at Grandmas house on Sunday. She has been asking for weeks. He is so cute. I also got to watch him a couple of times when Jaime couldn't, which I loved!

 

More Bike Rides

Everyone is probably sick to death of seeing anymore bike rides, but apparently that is all we do anymore. Me and Jaime went and rode Sardine on Thursday. It was fun, but there were so many bugs! I was covered in them, I really should take glasses.

On Friday me and Mike went and rode a new trail up at Snow Basin. It was supposed to be like Spork. It is a good high school loop. It was fun, until the rain came. We got poured on! Mikes bike broke, the derailer fell off. So he was walking his bike. I decided to ride ahead to get out of the rain. Well, I made a wrong turn and was headed down to Old Snow Basin road. In my defense we had never ridden this trail before, by the time I realized I was going the wrong way and got turned around I didn't end up being that far in front of Mike. He is a fast walker!

We had Conference weekend, which is always good. Spending time with family, eating good food, listening and learning, and we got to hold Maverick!

We went to an Escape room with Jaime, Matt, Cynthia and Ryan. It was fun, and we were able to escape!

 

Happy Birthday Wesley!

Happy Birthday Wes! This was a big one. His birthday landed on a Wednesday, which is late start at school. First thing in the morning we were off to get his drivers license. He is a pretty good driver, but this is still scary. Then we came home and opened presents before every left for school. I am not going to lie, watching him drive off to school about killed me. My heart literally hurt...but he came back and I am going to be fine.

We are so blessed to have Wesley in our family. He is an amazing kid. He works hard, plays hard, and really never complains. 

We sure love him and we are excited to see what this year brings!
