Treasure Hunting

Mike and Wesley are going on a backpacking trip, so Mike decided he wanted to do a hike every week leading up to the backpacking trip. A few weeks after our first hike we heard of a treasure hunt some one had buried $10,000.  So our weekly hikes turned into treasure hunting. We had a poem with clues. Every hike we went on we were sure was the right trail!

We never found the treasure, but we had a lot of fun trying!

Huntington 2021

Vivian was so excited for our trip she wore her goggles and snorkel on the ride down.

We love our trips to Huntington, we usually go in the middle of the week so we pretty much have the whole lake to ourselves. This year was no exception. We had some rainy weather, but we had a blast, and as always the sky's were amazing.

We love that Amber likes driving her boat. She takes the kids out and keeps them out all day! Aunt Amber is the best!

If they weren't out on the water they were in the mud! Which I hate, but they love. It is a good thing they have showers close by for us to use.

We also played some Kube and glow in the dark Ultimate Frisbee.
