Catch Up

Me, Bensen and Viv decided to do a night Lagoon trip. That was fun!

We went on a bike ride.

The kids did a lemonade stand/bake sale. They made out like bandits! I think they each made $70! Now they want to do one everyday. 

Went on another bike ride with the kids this time.

Slept out on the tramp.

We played some frisbee golf.

Wesley went to FSY at BYU.

Sidney came home form her mission in Ohio.

We are keeping busy.

The Rest of June

Mike and Wesley went with the Young Men for high adventure camp, they camped by the Snake River for a couple of nights. They went river rafting, hiking and played a lot of yard games. While they were gone, we had a fun lake day…until the kneeboard hit Bensen in the face! Not the best way to end the day, but he says he still had fun! I took him to the Dr. They said he is fine, I was a little worried because it was so close to his eye.

Wesley and Brody started doing Lagoon Interviews. They are pretty funny. (Later in the summer their account gets shut down because Brody wore a speedo in one of the videos and someone flagged it. They weren't ever able to get it back, they had over 6000 followers!)

We rode our bikes to Farr's Ice Cream in Ogden by the temple. The kids love to do this ride! We had to hurry, this time we were racing the sun.

Jaycee got to play in a soccer tournament with her old team. She loves soccer and she is always so happy when they ask her to play with them.

Frisbee, Jaycee's Birthday, Father's Day and Huntington State Park

Everyone is so happy to be out of school. Unfortunately for the older two conditioning for soccer and football has already started. Boo! We got out one evening with some cousins and played frisbee golf. Being with family is always a good time! We didn't keep track, but I am sure I won...just kidding I just walked around with Penny, but still had a great time. My shoulder isn't quite up for frisbee just yet.

Jaycee turned 17! How crazy is that? Jaycee is the best! We sure love her.

Father's Day was the day after Jaycee's birthday. We love getting to celebrate our Dad's! We are definitely have the best Dads around!

I had to include Penny's first barrette.

Since the older kids are in conditioning we didn't camp at Huntington this year, but I drove Bensen and Vivian up for the day to hang out and play. They loved the ride down. I gave them my phone and they were DJ's. We sang our hearts out, and that helped me stay awake.

Summer is off to a great start!

 

Summer Fun

 In between our trips, we have been having a fun and busy summer!

We've done bike rides, swimming at joys, camping, playing with friends, dance camp, Jaycee got her driving permit, 4th of July at Brigham City Pool, Boys campout with Stevensons, soccer tournament, Jaycee made the Northridge soccer team, South Weber days, and more. I think we are ready for school know.
