For Spring Break this year Amber talked us into going to Vernal. I was a little skeptical at first, but it was awesome, and we had a lot of fun!
We did some hiking, and saw a lot of petroglyphs.
The first place we went was McConkie Ranch. It was a great little hike and the petroglyphs were the best I have ever seen!
Another hike we did was Moonshine Arch. This one was a little bit harder to find. We are actually pretty lucky we found it at all!
This hike was a little longer, but still great for the kids.
We of course had to stop at the Dinosaur National Monument.
The kids earned their Jr. Ranger badges.
One of the last things we did on our trip, was head down to Jones Hole Fish Hatchery.
This was a pretty long drive to get to it, but the kids loved seeing and feeding the fish.
We also went on a hike which was pretty amazing! We didn't make it all the way to the waterfalls, but we made it to some more petroglyphs.
I would definitely go back and do the hike again, it really was beautiful!
