Pioneer Trek

Jaycee left on a pioneer trek. She was pretty worried about it. It helps that she had 11 cousins along for the ride. They had some crazy weather and got poured on! She is amazing, and she survived.

Oregon Day Eight

 Last day. The fog rolled in and gave us a different perspective on everything. Saw some crabs on the Pier, sea lions on the wharf, starfish and more in the tied pools at Crescent City Harbor. Did some small hikes, Stout Grove trail and Simpson-Reed trail, in the Jedidiah Smith Redwood State Park. Saw a pair of Lighthouses, Battery Pointe and St. George Reef. We had so much fun today! We loved the Redwoods. The earth is truly amazing! The kids loved looking at the tide pools near the lighthouse. We've had an amazing trip! Usually when we go on vacation I am very ready to go home. Not this trip! I could stay at least another week! None of us are looking forward to the 13+ hour drive home.
